Wink is a free tutorial and presentation creation software that can capture what you do on screen, add annotations and produce Flash, HTML, EXE and a variety of other formats.

This is a good example of how you can create tutorials in Wink, by capturing screenshots, mouse movements and specifying your own explanations with them. And all this in a standard Windows-based UI with drag-and-drop editing makes it very easy to create high quality tutorials/documentation.

Apparently, the new Google Web Accelerator is causing problems to users of 37signals. The prefetch feature is a bit too eager, as it follows links through the page and ignores JavaScript dialogs, it ends up clicking, confirming and deleting user’s pages. 37signals recommends countering GWA by ignoring the prefetch requests based on a specific header that identifies them. The commentators chime in and recommend countering GWA by simply following the HTTP specification and observing that all GET requests must be safe.
